We recently discussed some of the other new elements in Final Fantasy IV, but the math mini-games and the event theater aren't the only things we have to look forward to (besides an awesome game). This time around, options are being throw in; for example, if you don't like the voice acting? Turn it off! There's a setting in the configuration screen. And for those gamers who hate rewatching a cut-scene ten times (I doubt I'm alone in this), they're skippable if you so desire. Anyway, you can always rewatch them at your leisure in the event theater!Options for gamers in Final Fantasy IV

im glad they are pulling out all the stops for this one! they just need to start working on getting it to the states already! i cant wait for this one! just beautiful!
btw, alisha karabinus, you have a awesome name! i hope its yours and not a screen name. it sounds like it belongs on some heroine in a movie like underworld or a castlevania game! just rocks!

Yeah, this is stupid. Just like those Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy VII games on cellphones. But hey, I guess they're bigger in the gaming scene in Japan. =(

The japanese voice acting sounds awesome. I can't help but worry that the American casting/ocalization is going to be horrid. It's a shame they probably won't be able to fit both languages on the card.

Is it just me or do some of these videos/images look like they have the 3D renders anti-aliased? And is it possible for Nintendo DS to do full screen anti-aliasing? I think it has enough power, perhaps if it turns off one of the screens to lower the output resolution? Is Nintendo holding back? Perhaps a NDS SP? would add the anti-alias feature?
