A WaWa beverage coaster (only works with WaWa-based beverages)

A Wiimote jacket (or, as we like to call it, a Nintendog)

Ok, well I can't think of anything I've actually done, but if you're really looking for a useless use for DS games, use them to play pogs! That's right, pogs.

My phat DS makes a better flashlight than my PSP does. Of course, that discounts entirely the fourth brightness setting my PSP earns by using custom firmware (or by being plugged in to a wall outlet)...
For the longest time I used my DS as an alarm clock.
The DS also makes a good projectile launcher - just shoot the game card out with your finger and you can hit a target up to two feet away. (Well, it looked impressive when I first tried it...)

Well, I use my DS as a flaslight more often then I probably should. And I've used it as a bookmark when I couldn't find a standard bookmark on occasion.
Oh, and I've used it as a ruler.

A firestarter.
Haha just kidding.
You hear about PSP batteries, cellphone, laptop batteries explode, but never about DS.
otherthan that, using it to listen to the midi music of FFTA is kinda one...
