Soma Bringer video explosion: the sequel

It's been a whole two days since we've had anything to look at on Soma Bringer, and we've been needing a fix. Thankfully, one of the kind souls over at GAF got their hands on numerous gameplay videos from the title. So be sure to hit up the video above then cruise past the break for a bunch more of the video goodness.

That's a really BIG sword-thingie in that first video...

Looks suitably complex. I'm looking forward to it.

This looks pretty sweet, though it did take me a moment to get over my initial reaction to the cat people in vid 3 (holy crap, it's the kilrathi!!!!!)

Is it just me, or does the background music sound *very* reminiscent of Final Fantasy XII? (not Revenant Wings, I mean the PS2 game)

I was just thinking after watching the first video that the music in the menu screen sounds just like the "overworld" music from Final Fantasy Tactics Advance (GBA). Which is interesting because FF12 and FFTA are all in the Ivalice universe.

Definitely sounds like Final Fantasy though. But isn't this game made by Final Fantasy people?

Watching the first video again, it definitely sounds like music from FF12! Sounds like Rabanastre music.

And here I was hearing "Secret of Mana" in the last few videos. This game is totally on my wish list. This and "Crystal Chronicles" look amazing.
