Yet, this software doesn't come cheap. It's not available in ROM form, so you won't be able to download it off the internet like many other homebrew apps. Pixelh8 is looking for some compensation for his hard work -- fair enough. But, the price is pretty steep (£30, approximately $59 USD) for a somewhat limited piece of software.

Yeah NitroTracker is great but it's a tracker and doesn't it just use samples? and not the actual sound of a game boy which is what people who want this, want. They don't want a synthesizer they want chip tunes. The funniest thing about Music Tech Cartridges is that the original which came out last year for £25 is now being sold over the internet for over £200 second hand!!!

While it's mentioned in the tags, it's not mentioned in the article: This is a GBA program, not a DS program. The idea of controlling a music instrument with no other input but a D-pad and a few buttons makes my skin crawl, so even if it were free, I think I'd still pass.
