Show and Tell: No one has to know

DS Fanswag: Space Invaders Extreme, Arkanoid, and a paddle to play 'em with

What do you need to do to win? Well, since it's almost time for E3, tell us what you hope will be announced at the show! You may enter once per day and the contest will run through Sunday, July 13th; that night, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern, entries will close, and we'll choose one winner in a random drawing. To enter, you must be 18 or older, and a current legal resident of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec). Have questions? Check the official rules.
Everything you wanted to know about Space Invaders Extreme but were afraid to ask
With the release of one of our most-anticipated summer games next week, along with partner-in-crime Arkanoid, DS Fanboy has lovingly prepared a recap of our most important (and silly) coverage of Space Invaders Extreme. We've got video, screenshots, and more importantly, alien undies -- everything you need to get ready for the shooter's release. All that's missing is your copy of the game.
Oh, and that paddle controller. Sigh. Go check out all the shooty goodness anyway.

DS Daily: Peripheral party
The DS might not be a system that can immediately benefit from peripherals, what with it being a portable games machine and all, but that hasn't stopped some from coming up with cool stuff to attach to your beloved. Whether it's something as simple as a stand or a wicked awesome controller, there's been some advancements in the field. So, we figured we'd ask you what you were all rocking. Whether it's just a simple case that protects your DS, or something home-made, let us know what kind of fun stuff you have for your DS. If we covered it on the site, link it in the comments!
Passing on that fanboy love
As Nintendo fans, we're pretty much required to at least attempt to pass on that love to our spawnlings, and if you're going to do it, you might as well get started early. Y'know, before they can crawl away from you and protest over your choice of clothing. Thanks to Etsy marketeer kaytea, you can start dressing your children in geeky style before they can wriggle out of your insistent hands. The above NES-decorated onesies are available in both yellow and green for $20 -- a bargain for any fanboy parent.
Unimportant side note: You'd better believe one of these is going on the boychild. He's already alarmed.

DS Daily: Extras
Sometimes, extras and add-ons can be great ... but sometimes, even nifty ideas (like sewing machines) don't really go anywhere. The DS has already been home to several offbeat additional devices, though they tend to surface in the Japanese market only. Recently, Slide Adventure: Mag Kid featured a brand-new control mechanism, and the wildly popular Love & Berry brought a card reader to the DS. Let's not forget the camera, either, or Arkanoid, or ... we could go on.The question is: do you want any of these? Of course, unless you import, it's probably a pointless question, but let's be hypothetical here.
DS Daily: Stylus-plus
Paddles, drum sticks -- and that's just lately. Who knows what the future could hold for special DS styli and controllers? That's where you come in, dear readers. What would you like to see? What ideas do you have? Share them with us ... we live to hear your weirdest and wildest notions, especially when it comes to offbeat DS fun.DS Daily: The NES can do anything
Is there anything the NES and its controllers can't do? After seeing the evidence, we're guessing no. The latest? Some intrepid fan turned an old NES controller into a mouse, and now we want one. It's either that, or we want to do something cool of our own ... but the problem is, we're stumped. In these situations, we turn to you. If you had the means and the know-how to make something from an old NES or controller, what would you do? One of these examples, or something totally different?
