IGN posted three Harvest Moon DS movies yesterday. They showed "HotBoy", as he was named, doing regular tasks like cleaning up his plot by removing branches, shrubs and breaking up rocks.
Other activities included getting told he is lazy by townsfolk, playing fetch with his dog and, get this, taking a few swings at the mayor with gardening tools.
Not the best way to make new friends but hey, the guy was a jerk, what can we say?
Though Harvest Moon DS has been pushed back, things continue to look good.

Unfortunately, the graphics looks like they were only improved a very little bit, if at all, from the GBA game, excepting the character pictures. It also looks to have nearly identical gameplay, which is not a bad thing, but the game may feel like just more of the same to (More) Friends of Mineral Town players. Of course, we'll have to wait for the final product to know for sure, but those were my thoughts when watching the videos yesterday.

I loved Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town but HM for the GC was a real let down - way too tedious to be fun & the only criticism I have of HM for the GBA is the lack of dialogue between characters..
Oh, & remember guys (Colorado & Fetttson) games are to be judged more on their gameplay than graphics! :p & besides, the GBA graphics were quite unique for their simplicity!
