Were you looking forward to getting a piece of Izuna with your copy of Izuna 2: The Unemployed Ninja Returns from Amazon? You'll have to way a little bit longer, dearest fanboys; there's been a bit of a mix-up and the posters have gone missing. The folks at Atlus offered up profuse and unending apologies in today's newsletter, and promise that the posters will be in the mail soon.So far as we know, this only affects the posters with the Amazon copies. If you were getting a poster from GameStop, we're guessing that'll still be included, and of course, you still get the reversible boxart.

I didn't receive a poster from GameStop when I picked up my preorder, but was told to call back later in the week, in case they shipped late.

Atlus didn't actually put them in the box, though. That was the problem. THEY messed up. The mods on the Atlus forum already asked everyone if they had taken the case insert out and looked really, really carefully for the other poster. Then they went and found out that the company never bloody gave them to Amazon in the first place.

Well, that royally sucks.
I'm half-glad I didn't have the funds to pre-order it this month, as I would have definitely done Amazon ... but Amazon is looking worse and worse lately, with its shipping delays, mix-ups, and canceling my order arbritarily when the game gets pushed back and not even verifying it with me first.

Well, people still got the game.
If you really, really want animated breasts, the internet is chock full of it. And then some!
Of course, I'm saying this as someone who bought the game because I wanted to play it, and not because of the promise of a poster of a girl with giant breasts. But to each his own, I guess.

aj, people still have a right to be pissed off when their product isn't what they were hoping for. You probably wouldn't buy a new car with a scratch on it. It's superficial. It doesn't keep you from riding in and using the car for it's purposes. But if you ordered a new car, and it came scratched, you'd be rightfully angry.

To Amazon customers, yes. But the GameStop exclusive poster was in the boxarts like it shoulda been.

So is there any way at this point that I can guarantee my pervy ass one of these posters?

It does say they're going to be mailing them out soon. I'd say if you pre-ordered it, it'll be coming along in a couple weeks.

My copy from GameStop had its free poster. Can't say I'd really ever do anything with it though. I'm enjoying this game much better than Shiren the Wanderer as it is a bit more forgiving.
I keep bouncing between this and FFIV DS.

And here I thought Amazon either ran out or forgot mine. I already wrote them about it, and they offerred me 15% off on the game if I kept it, so I went that route. Who knows, maybe I'll get lucky and get the poster too when they finally arrive?
