Because we need options when we're looking to buy a DS Lite, and Nintendo knows us for the bundle junkies we are, Konami's World Soccer Winning Eleven will be bundled with the Jet Black DS Lite in late September. Of course, the black Lite is being released September 2 in Japan, but the Winning Eleven version is reportedly prettied up with a special graphic a la the Pikachu Lite. What'll it be? Konami's not telling yet ... but we're holding out for a sweet headbutt shot.And bad news, soccer fans -- looks like this bundle is only going to be offered in Japan for now.

Back on topic, where are the North American-bound bundles? A few of my friends are holding out on buying a DS Lite until there are some cool bundles (throw in a game, that kind of thing), as much as I tell them how the NDSL is so worth the $150 (cdn) asking price.

MKcom, I'm with you. I demand my fancy bundle with some tricked out special DS Lite. Apparently we all need to go out and buy like ten DS games tomorrow (all of us! go now!) to convince Nintendo that we deserve super special bundles.
Until then, we can only grumble and drool a little.

I really want my black DS Lite. I wouldn't even mind a Pikachu Lite in bright yellow. I just don't want a white DS.
The good news is... you can order these through any self-respecting import shop.
