We're pretty sure this Mexican driver didn't intentionally mean for his license plate to be a shot at PSP fanboys, but we're all about reading what ain't there and are just going to blindly assume that the coincidence is anything but. Somehow, we think there's a clever commercial trapped somewhere in all of this ...
