PAL region doesn't mean what you think it does. There's a pal region in Australia, South America and Africa too, just say EUR or european when that's what you mean. Besides it gives the wrong impression that the PAL analog standard applies to handhelds

People say PAL for handhelds because thats what consoles use and it'd be too hard to think up a stupid name just for handheld consoles.
