That's the idea Nintendo of Europe came up with when they branded the game: much like Brain Age makes brain exercises fun and Flash Focus makes looking at stuff fun, Magic Made Fun takes magic, which is an important life skill, and makes it fun. No longer will you have to force your kids to practice their card tricks!

Uhm... Come again ?
This game: teaches you magic tricks .. ? Or.. Showes you magic tricks ? (can't really imagine a "game" from the latter)
But the entry doesn't really spell it out..
"But what if magic tricks could be a recreational activity? Something that people could do for entertainment?"
- Okay, cool, it TEACHES ppl the tricks..
Vs.
" [...] Magic Made Fun takes magic, which is an important life skill, and makes it fun. No longer will you have to force your kids to practice their card tricks!"
- Uhm.. Hasn't magic always been fun? And how can an instruction teach you tricks that you don't have to practice? And how can it "persuade" ppl into practicing? The goal is still the same - to learn how to "do" magic.
Rather unclear entry.. Not that I had to write this comment, and split words.. But I found it somewhat confusing the first time I read it.

It was supposed to be sarcastic. The point is, Magic Tricks are fun on general principal, so the title "Magic Made Fun" is basically completely and utterly moronic, redundant, and thoughtless.
Now, put on your "whoever named this game is a moron" goggles, and read the entry again. It should make more sense.

P.S. If you go to the links concerning "Master of Illusion", the original came, you'll see why they didn't spell out the details of the game: DSFanboy readers have been hearing about it for-freaking-ever so there was no point in rehashing the game. This post was just to make fun of Nintendo of Europe's pisspoor attempt at naming the game.

I'm really digging all this non-game material on the DS lately.

I actually do some table magic at restaurants for money in the St. Louis area(coins and cards) and i have to say there is only one reason to buy this game.....the "special Deck of card".....and even then you can pick one up at gibbols on the landing (near the arch) for around 10$......
this game would be great for a little kid who likes the idea of being a magician but not for those of us who are older.
