We can't really predict what will be available in which store, but there's no reason to believe that these Daiso-branded silicone DS covers and screen covers won't be available in the majority of their locations. We're a little uncertain about the screen covers, but at 315 yen ($3) it's not much of a gamble. As far as the DS covers go, a silicone cover is a silicone cover, and Daiso's is less than $2.

Yay! Daiso advertising! I've been to one in California and I had a blast there. I think I spent several hours in there the first time around, and then they had more stuff the second time because they cleared one of the registers. I bought a screen protector the first time for under 2 dollars, if I remember correctly. I think the quality was pretty damn good too. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any the second time around for my friend. :( That was months later, but still.
Thanks for reminding me about the store. Hopefully I'll see something good the next time. It'd be cool if they sold import games someday...though it would cease to be a place with cheap items, hahaha.
