You guys have a lot of Zelda stuff. Seriously, we posted your Zelda gear all last week and we're still hip deep in it. But there's no complaints -- we love to see what you have to show off, especially when it's an adorable kitty. We're big fans of felines around here, both with and without captions.
This particular kitty is named Zelda, and from the number of photos owner Seraph_X3 sent in, she is somewhat less elusive than her namesake. Also, more huggable. Check out a couple of full-sized pics after the post break.
So what do you have lying around your house? If it's gaming gear, we want to see it. From food to pets, from clothes to art, we're interested in everything you have with even the slightest touch of Nintendo flair. Snap some pics and send 'em to showmeit [at] dsfanboy [dot] com.
It's been a long week filled with Zeldalicious fun, but it has to end sometime. While the themed coverage will continue through Sunday, this is the last of our week long edition of Show and Tell. We're as sad as you are, and we didn't even get through everyone's submissions! If you didn't see your stuff featured here, don't fret -- we'll continue to take our weekly look at your gaming gear, and so there's still plenty of chances for us to revisit some of this week's submissions.
As for today's edition, we wanted to focus on the biggest and the best -- and that means collections. Some of you had some really nice sets of Zelda gear, and this day's for you. Check out the gallery below to see everything, including half of reader Kimya's collection. Yes, half -- the other half is back home in Spain, but she has a Flickr set she keeps adding things to as well. We said wow.
It's time to get away from the body in our special week-long presentation of Show and Tell, and get into something fun. Being a dedicated Zelda fan isn't just about clothes and tattoos -- it's about what you do with the rest of your existence. This means toys, electronics, and even art can hold up your love as a banner for the world to see, and that's what we're looking at in today's edition. Jaunt on past the break to see what what we mean.
Do you have some awesome Zelda gear? Anything from t-shirts to tattoos, to statues and standees, if it features Link, we want to help you show it off. Snap some pics and send 'em to showmeit [at] dsfanboy [dot] com. If we don't get to your stuff this week, we can always show you off in a later edition!
Maybe we can't all ink our love for Zelda into our flesh, like the folks in yesterday's edition (which has been updated; don't miss the new tats!), but we can wear it in various ways. T-shirts are popular, of course, but we've seen jewelry and more in the past. There is no limit to creativity when it comes to draping our bodies with game gear, which is why today's Show and Tell is dedicated to wearable items of all types. We've got quite a few specimens after the jump -- so check 'em out!

It's another day, and that means another round of our special Zelda week edition of Show and Tell, DS Fanboy's reader spotlight. Today, we're looking at some very permanent marks of Zelda love: gamer tattoos. It takes a truly dedicated fan -- perhaps we should call them fanboys (or fangirls) -- to etch their undying love for our Hylian hero into their very flesh, and we can do nothing but admire such pure allegiance. We salute you -- right after the break.

All this week, we're celebrating all things Zelda by showing off the best thing about this blog -- the readers! Each weekday, we will feature at least one of our readers and their Zelda booty. In fact, this first submission sorta took the "booty" aspect to heart ... or it would have if he'd turned around.
Oh, Johnny Wolf. We can't tell you how much we appreciate you throwing caution (dignity?) to the wind and taking one for the team. The world needed to see these Zelda boxers, and we couldn't think of any better way to kick off a week of fanboy-loving. There's no better method of demonstrating true adoration than by sticking something over your crotch. Hit the jump to see them in full effect.

...and try to make sure they're in focus, or at least close. We've gotten a lot of fuzzy pictures so far, guys, and if we can't see what's going on, we can't use them!
Or maybe that should read, "from the workshop," but hey, we're here for the funny. We've seen Tetris-themed shelves before, from the homemade variety to the type reserved for rich folks with taste, and one and all, they make us lust for some block-built shelves of our own. The cunningly-fitted wooden sections would surely bring a particular charm to any gaming space, but the presence of so many plain wooden versions does beg one question: why aren't any of them painted in multiple colors?
Oh well. We who only envy don't really get a say, do we? Clayton, we want your shelves. Feel free to pack up all your gear and ship that off as well. Thanks, buddy.
Clayton tells us that this is an older picture of the shelves he lovingly crafted for his media, and we can only imagine how they must look now, groaning with the weight of an ever-increasing collection. We salute you, Tetris fan ... and may we recommend these for your cold beverages?
Hit the break to see the shelves in full, and don't forget to show us what you have in the way of awesome gaming gear. From crafts to cakes to collections ... whatever you've got, if it has a little Nintendo flavor, we want to see it. Just take some pictures (or copy your web album links) and send them to showmeit [at] dsfanboy [dot] com. We'll take care of the rest.
Next week we'll be celebrating the release of The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass on the DS here in North America, and in honor of the Game of the Year title's debut, we would love to do a special edition of our weekly feature, Show and Tell. We want to see your Zelda-related gear! Anything from t-shirts to tattoos, to statues and standees, if it features Link, we want to help you show it off. We may even break tradition and feature more than one reader. It all depends on what you send us at showmeit [at] dsfanboy [dot] com.
With all the news from TGS this week, we thought it might be the perfect time to tie in with a little Show and Tell session featuring the limited edition DS Lites those of us outside Japan so often sigh over. Reader Eoghan sent in the picture available after the break, and now we just want to track down the location of these goodies and rob them. And then we thought ... if PAX is a veritable DS mecca, what must the crowd at TGS look like? These things could be everywhere. Oh well. Since we're not there to ogle the array of Lites, we'll just have to make due with Eoghan's very pretty picture.
Got something you want to show off? Crafts, cakes, collections from modest to extreme, t-shirts ... whatever you've got, if it has a little Nintendo flavor, we want to see it. Just take some pictures (or copy your web album links) and send them to showmeit [at] dsfanboy [dot] com. We'll take care of the rest.
With our excitement over the announcement that Majesco is going to localize the eco-friendly title Ecoris, we had no choice when it came to selecting what to show off this week. After all, nothing says unconditional love like a clay representation of the game's fruity, gap-toothed hero. Our new favorite deviantARTist, wingsofsorrow, found that cute little face as irresistible as we do ... and she plans to make the squirrelarmy next. We approve.
Got something that makes you particularly proud? We like thingamabobs and doohickeys and swag of all sorts, as well as food and furniture and anything fun ... so long as it's related to Nintendo! Just take some pictures, tell us what's up, and send it all to showmeit [at] dsfanboy [dot] com. We'll take care of the rest.
What do you do when you realize that you need some custom-built gaming furniture, but you don't have your own personal in-house carpentry ninja? If you are as lucky as reader Raquor, you call up the family. His grandfather sacrificed a few trees on his farm, dried them, and chopped them into manageable pieces in his saw mill. For the record, we think having your own handy saw mill is pretty useful, and Raquor's granddad is welcome to adopt us.
With a little assembly, Raquor was able to construct a combination rack-and-drawer system that was just perfect for his gaming collection ... at the time. See, the thing about collections is that they tend to expand, and he reports that these days, some less desirable titles are hidden away in the drawers with a plethora of extra controllers. Hey, so long as it looks good from the outside, we won't tell anyone what you've got in your drawers.
Hit the break to see the full-size rack in all its organized glory, and don't forget to show us what you have in the way of awesome gaming gear. From crafts to cakes to collections ... whatever you've got, if it has a little Nintendo flavor, we want to see it. Just take some pictures (or copy your web album links) and send them to showmeit [at] dsfanboy [dot] com. We'll take care of the rest.
We would honestly be afraid to go to reader Stephen's house. As much as we admire his truly epic collection, we have a feeling there would be at least one item we would want to handle ... and everything is arranged just so. The mere thought of touching one of those boxed systems makes us think of a house of cards tumbling down into a tragic and slippery mess. We're clumsy, see.
Catch a better look at Stephen's full setup (oh yes, there's more) after the jump, or hit up his flickr set for a look at everything. It's worth the trip.
So what have you got? Show us your gaming space and collections, your crafts and projects, your t-shirts and cakes. Just take some pictures, tell us what's up, and send it all to showmeit [at] dsfanboy [dot] com. We'll take care of the rest.
Reader Nicole was tired of putting her spiffy DS Lite in danger, so like any smart gamer, she figured a case was just what she needed. But there was a problem -- she's a poor college student, and even a cheap case can really bite into that Ramen noodle money. So, like so many creativeDSowners, she decided to save some cash by picking up cheap materials and making her own. But not just any case, mind you -- she needed something special to complement her pink DS. The answer? Skulls and barbed wire. We must say, we approve. Check out the full-sized pics after the break.

What's a gamer to do when the collection threatens to take over the world ... or at least, your living area? If you're reader Andrew, you make sure you have an amazing wife who will build and design a custom armoire sized to fit your oldest loves. We're pretty sure our own retro-lover is gonna start buying his wife drafting paper and DIY guides after seeing this one.
Becky, who is clearly a ninja, secretly counted, weighed, and measured Andrew's collection and designed this gaming center to hold everything he needs for a relaxing day of play. The drawers are sized perfectly for his games -- with extra room! -- and with the help of her family, she constructed the whole thing for him. Andrew, who admits he's not very handy, claims he got to help with a few of the "simpler things." We just hope that included thanking her profusely with hugs, flowers, and games of her choice. Check out the gallery to see some more shots of this custom-designed wonder. She even alphabetized all the games for him! Now that's love -- and the kind of understanding a gaming couple can share.

The awesome (and yet disturbing) Kirby cake we showed you a few weeks ago inspired reader Ricky to send in his own bit of sugary birthday gaming goodness, and does it ever make our mouths water. His girlfriend put this together for a 20th birthday celebration that we wish had been ours -- and from the care that obviously went into this cake, Ricky's princess is probably not in another castle. We're certain he's found her. It's not just pretty on the outside, either; beneath the super-sweet recreation of a classic gaming screen lie layers of chocolate cake, strawberries, and chocolate mousse. Ricky reports that, while it hurt a little, deep inside, to munch on his beloved Mario, the cake was totally worth it. If only he'd sent us a piece.
Has someone put together a unique gift for your special day? Are you sitting atop a throne made of NES carts as you read this? Maybe you just own a particularly cool gaming shirt or two, or are proud of how your gaming set-up looks. If you have something you want to show off, snap some pics and send them over to us at showmeit at dsfanboy dot com. We'll take care of the rest.
