Show and Tell: No one has to know

Space Invaders get wooden
Deciding that a Triforce cutting board wasn't enough of an outlet for his talents, Etsy user 1337motif went ahead and made one with a Space Invaders theme, too. While $125 is way too much for any normal person to spend on a cutting board, we can't deny the fact that we want it.
If you enjoy the wood-meets-Space Invaders style, though, 1337motif also has some nice, reasonably priced jewelry to offer. Oddly enough, his necklaces look like mini cutting boards. Still, they're cute, and even more importantly, they feature the alienoids from one of our most anticipated games.

Space Invaders on our ears and necks
Every week it seems like we show you some sort of Space Invaders or Pac-Man themed memorabilia. We don't know why it's so hard to let go of these characters from the arcade days of yore, but it is -- so we won't.
Neither will crafter Pardalote, who makes adorable beaded Invaders jewelry like the earrings shown above. The best news is, the earrings and necklaces are reasonably priced, especially for handmade items. You can see for yourself at the Australian's Etsy store here.
Do any of you geekettes out there like these, too? Or is this blogger just blinded by her love for all things Space Invaders?

Space Invaders rings abduct our jewelry-loving hearts
We've already shown you some nice Pac-Man bling, but how about something to celebrate the upcoming Space Invaders Extreme? These adorably geeky rings were made by Toy Me Milano (handcrafted, of course, out of sterling silver).
Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a convenient place online for you to purchase them. However, since A + R carries the Toy Me line, it might be worth checking back there now and again if you're interested and can afford to blow hundreds of dollars on a ring.

Wear this Bob-omb jewelry at a safe distance
Craftster user False_desire calls herself a "one woman jewelry workshop," a pretty accurate description considering her prolific output. Wading through her assortment of Rainbow Brite, Care Bears and Hello Kitty creations, we stumbled across these adorable (non-exploding) Bob-omb earrings and matching necklace.Dig up this Animal Crossing necklace
We love Etsy. We just can't help it. The online craftster's marketplace seems to have a never-ending supply of Nintendo-related goodies. Well, never-ending until each one sells out, of course, but not to worry -- more items pop up to replace those that disappear. This one certainly popped up (oh, forgive us our puns) when we were digging around the marketplace this afternoon, and for Animal Crossing devotees, it's just adorable.
Also, it glows in the dark, which is an automatic win.
[Update: Except, like, it's not a necklace at all, as was helpfully pointed out by commenters. However! It's still cute. Who's with me? Yeah?]

Pac-Man jewelry is pretty, buy it for us
If Namco Museum DS wasn't enough to sate your Pac-Man fix, perhaps you need a dose of something shiny. It's rare that we see video game jewelry that's both nice and for sale, but the creations by Tiny Armour are exceptions to the rule. Of course, we never said anything about them being affordable. This Ms. Pac-Man ring, for example, will set you back $68. Check out more Pac-Man related jewelry after the jump!
Show and Tell: The best things
Fanboys (and girls), what is best in life? Normally, we're right there with all the driving of enemies and girly lamentations, but today, we're gonna have to go with something a little more unusual: having a significant other who makes you awesome little gifts that reflect your fandom. Reader Ronny is lucky enough to have that very thing: a girlfriend who puts together awesome Zelda bracelets for him. Suddenly, i feel the need to teach the man of the house how to thread beads.Got something that makes you particularly proud? We like thingamabobs and doohickeys and swag of all sorts, as well as food and furniture and anything fun ... so long as it's related to Nintendo! Just take some pictures, tell us what's up, and send it all to showmeit [at] dsfanboy [dot] com. We'll take care of the rest.
Bring the world's most famous puzzle game to the sides of your head

We don't wear earrings, but we're starting to think that it may be worth it for these great handmade Tetris pieces. Oh, except most dudes can't really pull off the dangly-earring look. And that wearing earrings involves getting holes put in you. We would do anything for Tetris, but we won't do that. Okay, forget that plan.
Luckily, when we like a game craft item, we have an alternate method of appreciating it, other than damaging our bodies: we can blog about it and tell all of you how awesome they are. The Etsy store is sold out now, but you may be able to fashion your own with polymer clay. Then you can choose your own favorite Tetromino! Which is the I, right? For pretty much everybody?

Show and Tell: Dangly bits

Reader Rachel, who goes by the alias spugmeistress at Flickr, has a gift, but she also has a problem. You see, she puts together these incredible game-themed jewelry sets, like these stars and coins we know so well from the Mushroom Kingdom (and other goodies, like Zelda sets and Tetris bracelets), but she doesn't know what to do next. That's where you come in -- she's short on new ideas! So if you happen to like game jewelry (this blogger does!), or if you know someone who does, feel free to drop her some suggestions here in the comments or over at her Flickr set, which includes links to her online shop.
Got something you want to show off? Doohickeys, thingamabobs, collections from droolworthy to simply sigh-inspiring, ... whatever you've got, if it has a little Nintendo flavor, we want to see it. Just take some pictures (or copy your web album links) and send them to showmeit [at] dsfanboy [dot] com. We'll take care of the rest.
