i already ordered mine. as of sunday, star fox wouldn't work in the order. if you have any questions est buy and nintendo customer service didn't know anything about the promotion. to the point of having a nintendo phone rep tell me it was a scam before i sent him the link on the nintendo site.

Since I already own just about every currently released DS game worth owning, I tried applying this offer to preorders. Unfortunately, only half of the "coming-soon" games are recognized as being valid with the offer. I emailed Best Buy about this problem, and they have yet to respond. If they don't fix it before the offer ends, I'll just order two copies of TLoZ: Phantom Hourglass and some other game that works with the offer that I don't have...

I don't get it. I drop in items into the cart, and I see no savings. I am a Nintendo member with a registered DS.
I tried Metroid Prime, Castlevania, Star Fox, and Mario Hoops to no avail (any combination of those 3).

At the moment it seems the only games that work with the promotion are the top 10 DS games on Best Buy's site. Not very cool. Hopefully they plan on fixing this. This is just too good a deal to only work on a handful of mediocre and bestseller titles.

I got Pokemon Ranger, Pokemon Blue Rescue, and Harvest Moon DS - $70.90 shipped.
I didn't have any luck getting Children of Mana, Mario Hoops, or Mario vs. DK with the deal.
I pre-ordered Megaman ZX from Amazon for $26.99. Figured it was an okay deal, no tax and free shipping.
Cosmos, can you keep us up-to-date on whether Best Buy allows the other games in on this offer?
