Final Fantasy IV launches dev blog

Do you like blogs? We love blogs, even if they're comprised mostly of indecipherable script from the Japanese language. Of course, it doesn't hurt that it's about games.

One of the game's producers comments that the title was planned immediately following the completion of Final Fantasy III, but fails to mention how frequently the blog will be updated. So, be sure keep up with the RSS over there.

He does not fail to mention how often the blog will be updated! (the plan it to update once a week)
週一で更新してゆく予定ですので、
発売までのしばらくの間ですが、
お付き合いいただければ幸いです。
I plan to update weekly so, although it's a while yet till it goes on sale, if you could please accompany me (read the blog) for this time then I'd be delighted.

I'll do translations for cheap if you like! xD

Oh, cool - when you go to the menu, the character on-screen will take the time to think over current events. Everyone will reflect on something different, apparently. It's wonderful little touches like this that get my hopes up for the game.
