I think this is shaping up nice , i love Advance Wars , Panzer Tactics and Front Mission on DS and this looks similar , i was never really a strategy fan before getting the DS but these type of games seem so well suited to handhelds.
Special attacks could involve shining bright lights into faces of moths or perhaps superglue on dog turds .

At first I thought the idea was a bit odd, so I didn't pay much attention - but after sitting and looking through the gallery (every single picture!) I'm now quite excited about this. It actually looks like it could be a great strategy game.
By the way, the 'FOR GREAT JUSTICE!' screen nearly had me in tears. Gotta love Zero Wing references. XD

Like Damian says= This type of game is perfect for hand held.
I really like the art style. I hope the strategy has some depth and the AI is challenging and interesting.
