Dollars for Bells, you're money is good here

Short on bells? Portable Gaming Currency has got you covered, and they'll get you back to digital purchasing lickity split. It'll cost you though as bells can be traded for dollars through their online PayPal store. From the site: "There are two ways to obtain currency through us. The first is to click the Store link on the menu and the second is to bid on an auction on ebay. At this time we only accept Paypal as a method of payment but will be accepting credit cards soon."

The site currently only trades Animal Crossing currency and the going rate is 100,000 bells per U.S. dollar purchased in increments of 1 million. Any readers willing to fork out a Hamilton for a million bells?

I'm giving it a try. $10 isn't too much to lose. I just completed the Paypal transaction and I'm waiting to hear back from the site. I'll let you all know how it goes. Hopefully smoothly :)

They probably used the homebrew modifier to have unlimited bells, and now they are selling it...

Wouldn't that pretty much defeat the purpose of the game? I mean, almost everything there is to do in the game either has to do with trying to get more Bells or using Bells to buy things... if you're getting them with real money, what's left?

Yeah. Don't bother with these guys. I have officially donated my $10 to these morons. I've been in contact with them and have set up two different rendezvous times in my town, only to have them leave me waiting for over two hours each night before i gave up.

Again, DON'T FALL FOR THIS.

I got my bells the old fashioned hard work way - NOT hacked rubbish that disappear mysteriously.
