Buy a used DS Lite, get a free used game

Subscribers to GameStop's weekly newsletter might have received an email today with the above coupon enclosed. While the prospect of buying a used DS Lite might not be strong in some of you, those still rocking a Phat and looking for incentive to upgrade could have found just that.

Any of you out there still with a Phat? Do you ever plan on upgrading to the Lite?

1. Blah. Save 10 dollars by buying some sloppy seconds? Give me a break. Getting a 20-30 dollar value isn't helping either, since the person who sold the games to gamestop probably only got about 5-10.

2. I have a DS Phat. I'll upgrade to a lite after the first Wii price-drop.

3. yeah... or you could just spend the extra ten dollars on a new DS and not give money to the douchebags at Gamestop.

Actually, just head to meijer.com and enter the promo code 'meijercomgift' at checkout. 20% off any order $50 or more. So there's a DS Lite for $104, throw in a game and it's probably cheaper than this Gamestop deal.
